Downtime Incident Report

Hello players,
We want to provide a brief update regarding the recent downtime.
Approximately 30 minutes ago, our upstream hosting provider experienced a failure involving a power distribution unit (PDU) within the rack that houses our server. This issue caused an unexpected loss of power, which resulted in the OrbixMC network going offline.
Once the problem was identified, the provider worked to resolve the PDU failure and restore power to the affected systems. As soon as power was restored, our services automatically recovered and were brought back online.
✅ Current Status: All systems are now fully operational and running normally.
At this time, there is no indication of data loss or long-term impact. We are continuing to monitor the network closely to ensure stability.
